Joann Needleman of Maurice & Needleman, P.C., spoke at the winter meeting of the ABA's Consumer Financial Services Committee in Park City, Utah on Jan. 12.

Needleman was part of a panel that discussed the current regulatory environment in Washington, D.C. and the Federal Trade Commission's intention to change the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
