Rachel Marin is an associate in Maurice & Needleman's
New Jersey office. She focuses her practice on
various aspects of creditors' rights law. She
provides defense for claims brought under the Fair
Debt Collection Practices Act, Fair Credit Reporting
Act and various state consumer protection statutes.
She also provides litigation services to creditors
in state courts.
