Donald Maurice Speaks at American Bar Association Annual Conference
Donald Maurice, an attorney with the law firm Maurice & Needleman, P.C., spoke at the American Bar Association’s annual meeting in San Francisco on Aug. 13, 2007. Maurice's presentation "Litigation Privilege and the FDCPA" addressed the use of the defense of litigation privilege in claims under the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act.
Maurice represents creditors in
state and federal courts and has written and lectured on
credit for more than 15 years.
Maurice is certified as a Creditor Right's Specialist by the American Board of Certification and is admitted to practice in New Jersey, as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, Third Circuit Court of Appeals and United States Supreme Court.
