Donald Maurice, an attorney with the law firm Maurice & Needleman, P.C., was featured in a panel seminar entitled "Litigation Trends Across the Country," at the spring meeting of the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys in Seattle, Washington on May 16.

Maurice and his three panelists explored the developing trend of judicial regulation of collection litigation under both federal and state law claims. Maurice spoke on the trends developing in the Northeast. The panel was moderated by Joann Needleman, also of Maurice & Needleman, P.C., and featured attorney panelists, John Bedard (Atlanta), Tomio Nartia (San Francisco) and David Schultz (Chicago).
