Donald Maurice, an attorney with the law firm of Maurice & Needleman, spoke before the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys on May 11, in Las Vegas.

The presentation, entitled Evidence for Debt Buyers, explored the case law treatment of state and Federal Rules of Evidence to purchased debt. More information is available by visiting the NARCA website at http://www.narca.org/.

Maurice represents creditors in state and federal courts and has written and lectured on credit for more than 15 years.

 

Maurice is certified as a Creditor Right's Specialist by the American Board of Certification and is admitted to practice in New Jersey, as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, Third Circuit Court of Appeals and United States Supreme Court.
