Maurice Speaks at NARCA Meeting About Call Volume Cases

Donald Maurice was among a panel of attorneys who examined recent trends and decisions regarding call volume cases at the fall meeting of the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys in Las Vegas on Oct. 21.

The panelists discussed how district courts are interpreting the law on call volume cases and methods for defending claims made under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).
