Maurice Speaks at NARCA Spring Meeting

Donald Maurice spoke recently on two topics -- baseless law suits and compliance -- at the Spring Meeting of the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys in Chicago.

Maurice was among a panel of attorneys who spoke on May 12 about how to get sanctions awarded when dealing with baseless law suits. Maurice spoke with Joseph Messer of Chicago and Frank Springfield of Birmingham on the topic "Getting Sanctions Awarded in Consumer Litigation."

 On May 13, Maurice spoke with attorney Kenneth Wake of Chicago about "Protecting the Client's Brand: Developing Compliance Programs to Deal with Today's Hot Topics." The program addressed compliance issues faced by law practices and their clients.
