Needleman Gives Talk on FCRA Issues

Joann Needleman gave a talk at the Commercial Law League's Fall 2010 Conference in New York City on Nov. 12, entitled "Avoiding the Pitfalls under the Fair Credit Reporting Act."

Speaking with San Francisco attorney Tomio Narita, they discussed the duties and responsibilities of those who furnish information to credit reporting agencies as well as the legal obligations of those who pull credit reports.
