Litigation Services
Maurice & Needleman

lending disputes. Our attorneys have successfully
defended financial institutions in claims made for
good faith violations, breach of contract,
collateral protection insurance disputes, Article 3
& 4 disputes (checks and drafts) and claims
asserting lender liability.
Loan Documentation
We provide lenders a variety of loan documentation
services. We have recognized increased competitive
pressures placed on lenders, particularly in loan
costs charged to borrowers.
